The Outline
AX-115B high accuracy Dc digital Low-ohm meter can measure ultra low
resistance from 0.0000mΩ to 1500.0Ω(percentage measurement:0.5mΩ
～1.0000kΩ±50.00%)ultra fast,high accuracy.
Either one of GP-IB,RS-232C or centronics output interface could be
equipped as an option.
Furthermore,contact check function is standard equipment:When measure
4 terminals,either one contact failure occurs,outputs judgment signal and
contact Error signal all together.
