The Outline
It is available to measure and judge the leak current of electrolystic capacitor at high speed.
The measuring value is displayed at 4 digits, the measured value is compared with the set value and judged, and then the judged output is made.
Also, it is available to make Contact-Check in case of 2 terminal measurement, too.
